欧盟ERP新指令(EU) 2023/826 更新修订standby 和off要求 2023年5月生效
很多办公和家用电器设备即使处在”关机”或”待机”模式下仍继续耗电，自2008年以来，欧盟制定了”关机”或”待机”最低能耗要求的生态设计指令(EC) No 1275/2008，并于2013年作了修订更新，以涵盖网络设备的”待机”(“networked standby”)相关要求的指令(EU) No 801/2013。
4月17日，针对”standby” 和“off”相关的要求，欧盟委员会公告了新指令(EU) 2023/826，以减少电器设备处在”关机”或”待机”模式的能耗；同时废除了家用和办公用电气、电子设备生态设计指令（EC）No 1275/2008和简易机顶盒生态设计指令(EC) No 107/2009。
新版生态设计指令限值与目前版本的主要差异如下：
